Standard Life Investments appoints Multi-Asset Investment Directors in Asia

Standard Life Investments, the global asset manager, today announced the appointments of two multi-asset investment specialists in Asia. Jason Yu and Dongyue Zhang have been appointed as Investment Directors within the Global Investment Specialist team, based in Hong Kong.

As Standard Life Investments continues to expand its international footprint, the appointments are integral to its Asia growth strategy, whilst further reinforcing its multi-asset investment capabilities globally.

In the newly created roles, Jason and Dongyue will contribute to Standard Life Investments’ business globalization through supporting the growth of its multi-asset suite of products in the Asian markets, ensuring investment knowledge transfer to and providing strategic insights from the Asia Pacific region which will help to drive future asset class strategies and product development.

Jason and Dongyue both report to Jonathan Price, Global Head of Investment Specialists, Standard Life Investments, who said:

Jason joins from Wellington Management Company where he was an Investment Director specialising in fixed income and absolute return products.

Dongyue joins from Goldman Sachs Asset Management, where he was a Vice President and a Portfolio Manager in the Global Portfolio Solutions Group.
