"Jeremy is an experienced economist with a strong track record. He brings a wealth of experience in international markets including time working at BNP Paribas, New York, the Reserve Bank of Australia, the OECD in Paris and the Institute for International Finance in Washington.

Financial markets are increasingly influenced by politics and regulation and we felt it was important to appoint someone with extensive experience of working in both the public and the private sectors. Jeremy will add considerably to our already strong economic research capability through his advisory and government experience. His appointment will enrich the whole Multi Asset Investing capability and support our House View, which has added value to client portfolios for many years."
